Hip Hop Beats Produced Using Simple Loops and Rhythms

 What is a Trap Beat? A Trap beat is actually the original back piece of Trap Music, that is a segment of Hip Hop where the main rhythmic beat is played live on the audio track. Trap beats often feature randomly changing high frequencies, with a heavy presence of high pitched, mixed beats and a simple drum loop, but never a full song sample. Modern day Trap beats often feature complex sampling, a great use of reverb and usually an attempt to emulate the drum loop from a popular Hip Hop album. The most obvious difference between modern trap beats or old fashioned boom and lock Hip Hop and pop trap beats is their lack of a full song sample.
